You can schedule an appointment online to visit this office for:
- Pleadings
- Judgments
- Attested Orders
- Searches
- Deed Poll
Please attend at your appointment time, and ensure all relevant documents are signed, dated and in order before attending, to progress your business as quickly as possible.
Photo ID may be required for your appointment.
For urgent matters, where it is not possible to book online, please email dublincivillaw@courts.ie to make an appointment.
Walk-up service
- The Central Office of the High Court provides a walk-up service for customers attending the office without an appointment
- To avail of this service, fill in your details in the Walk-Up Register (located on the desk in the reception area)
- You will then be allocated any cancelled or missed booked appointments, as they arise
- The system will operate on a first come first served basis and the regular time slots will apply (10 minutes/5min depending on availability)
- Between the hours of 1.00pm and 1.45pm the office will operate a walk-up system exclusively
- Customers who have booked an appointment in advance continue to be prioritised (except from 1.00pm -1.45pm)
- Please note: This service does not apply to Dead Poll or Judgements Section
