Lodgment of a court document by non-personal delivery at the Central Office of the High Court

Pursuant to Order 117a 2 (1) RSC I approve of the condition stipulated by the Officer for the time being managing the Central Office of the High Court that due to restrictions in place for Covid-19 lodgment of a court document by non-personal delivery at the Central Office may be effected only by delivery of that document at the office or to the officer specified in the provision of Order 117a concerned—

(i) by pre-paid registered post,

(ii) by pre-paid ordinary post, or

(iii) through a document exchange service accepted by the officer for the time being managing the Central Office

This practice direction will remain in force until further notice.
