Find below the procedure for applying for an access card for the Four Courts Complex. There are two categories of application:
Applications where no payment required:
You can either attach a passport sized photograph when returning your completed application by post, or you can email your completed application & photograph (must be JPEG format) to emuhelpdesk@courts.ie. Once all required documents are received, your application will be processed within 3 working days and your ID card will be posted to the address provided by you on the application form. In the event that you do not attach a photograph, we will hold your application form on file until a photograph is received.
Applications where payment is required:
You can either attach a passport sized photograph and return with your application and payment of the required fee of € 20.00 (cheque, postal order or bank draft) by post to : Courts Service, Estate Management Unit, 5th Floor, 15/24 Phoenix Street North, Smithfield, Dublin 7, or you can email your photograph (must be JPEG format) to emuhelpdesk@courts.ie. Once all the required documents are received, the application will be processed within 3 working days and the replacement card will be posted to the address provided by you on the application form. (CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED).
