Appeals from the Circuit Court to the High Court sitting in Dublin in Personal Insolvency and Examinership proceedings will henceforth be listed at the earliest opportunity before the High Court Insolvency Judge (currently Mr. Justice McDonald) in respect of Personal Insolvency matters and before one of the judges designated to hear High Court Examinership proceedings (currently Mr. Justice Haughton, Mr Justice Barniville, Mr. Justice McDonald and Mr. Justice Quinn) in the case of Examinership proceedings.

Such cases will no longer be listed for mention before the Judge in charge of the Non Jury list.
