Notice and practice direction

1. Pursuant to subsection (1) of section 25 of the Courts and Court Officers Act 1995, I hereby direct that the following types of application may be heard by the master:

(a) applications for judgment by consent for a liquidated amount other than in proceedings in which damages are claimed on behalf of an infant;

(b) applications for judgment by consent for recovery of land, with or without rent or mesne profits;

(c) applications for judgment by consent for the delivery of specific goods.

2. This direction shall have effect from the 3rd day of December 2007.
