Dublin Circuit Family Law Office at Phoenix House

Due to essential works taking place in Phoenix House the Dublin Circuit Court Family Law Office and Court(s) will be relocated to the Dublin Courts Stamping Office, Ground Floor, Áras Uí Dhálaigh, Inns Quay, Dublin 7 (D07 N972) from Tuesday 6 August until Mid-September 2024.

Please note: All appointments will be facilitated as scheduled.

You must schedule an appointment online to visit this office for:

• Dublin Circuit Court Family Law Matters

You do not need to make an appointment under the Domestic Violence legislation - this remains a walk-in service. Visit our website for Domestic Violence support services that are available.

For all other urgent matters, the office is open for walk-ins from 9:30 am – 10:00 am only.

Outside of this time you can email dublincircuitfamilylaw@courts.ie or call the office at +353 1 888 6315 / 6843 / 6465 to make an appointment for any urgent matters.

If you wish to discuss an ongoing matter, please bring the following:

• Your Case Reference number
• A valid form of photo ID, such as passport or driving licence

All documents lodged must be one original, along with two copies.
