For urgent matters, where it is not possible to book online, please email braycourtoffice@courts.ie to make an appointment.
You do not need an appointment to make an application under the Domestic Violence legislation - this is a walk-in service. Domestic Violence applications will always be prioritised; please click here to see whether you are eligible for an Order.
Regardless of the nature of the appointment court staff are not legally trained and cannot provide any legal advice. You may wish to talk to a solicitor before making your application. A solicitor can provide legal advice, discuss the options available and complete the forms on your behalf. A solicitor can also manage your case and represent you in court.
If you wish to discuss an existing proceeding, please ensure that you bring the following to your appointment:
- Your Case Reference number
- A valid form of ID, such as Passport or Driving Licence
Please note that due to the urgent nature of certain matters that must take priority, there may be a slight delay to your appointment commencement time.
