Offaly - Circuit Court - County Registrars' Motion Court - Direction re filing from 1 September 2022

Legal Practitioners and all other interested parties are informed that as and from the 1st September, 2022 all Notice of Motions , Ex Parte dockets and any other application for hearing before the Court, should be filed in the Combined Office at Tullamore Courthouse, not later than three working days before the return date.
