Dublin Circuit Civil Courts - Notice of Trials checklist change

Please take note that from the 7th june 2022 the checklist for the circuit civil courts notice of trials will be changing. 

Parties must now confirm on the checklist that they have made attempts to meet with other relevant parties in advance of filing a notice of trial.
