Execution is the act of completing or carrying into effect a judgment of a court.

The Central Office of the High Court maintains a register of money judgments obtained in the High Court, Circuit Court and District Court.   

Satisfaction of a judgment

Satisfaction of a judgment

When a High Court judgment has been satisfied or extinguished (usually by payment of the debt due), you can request the Central Office to note the ‘satisfaction’ on the judgment.
