The Legal Costs Adjudicators Register of Determinations Online is maintained by the Office of the Legal Costs Adjudicators of the High Court. It contains details of Applications for Adjudication of Legal Costs and the reasons for Determinations.

The Legal Costs Adjudicators Register of Determination is available free of charge to the general public and to registered users of CSOL.

How To Search The Register

The search function of the Register allows for searches using the following parameters:-

  •   Application Date
  •   Party Names
  •   Record Number of Related Proceedings
  •   Title of Related Proceedings
  •   Date of Determination

You can search by using one of the above parameters or by using a combination of these parameters.

The more search parameters utilised in a search the narrower the focus of the search. Only Determinations record(s) that match these exact criteria will be displayed.

Click on the Search Now Button on the far right hand side of the screen search parameter input. Any Determination(s) that match the inputted parameters will be displayed.

Click on the green plus disc expansion icon to view additional details relating to the case. This will expand the display. To close click on the red minus disc icon

Click on the PDF icon to download and view the Reasons for Determination of the Legal Costs Adjudication application.

Click on Received under the Status of Prerequisite Documents field on the register to view a list of documents filed in relation to the application and their date of receipt.

Click on the Clear Filters Button on the far right hand side of the screen prior to conducting a subsequent search.

Please use the following data convention when entering information into CSOL system.
