You have seven days to serve the notice. The respondent then has 21 days to file their notice in the Court of Appeal Office and on every other respondent.

You will be given a record number for your case (which should be quoted on all correspondence) and a directions date before you leave the Court of Appeal Office. The date is usually between six and nine weeks.

You have 28 days from the date of perfection of the High Court order for an ordinary appeal. You have ten days from the date of perfection in the case of an expedited appeal.

One original to be lodged in the Court of Appeal Office. We will stamp copies for your files.

It is currently €250.00. The completed notice must be lodged together with the original attested copy order of the High Court.
