Mullingar 

Family Court on 3 February commencing at 10am will proceed virtually where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.
Family Motions involving lay litigants scheduled for the February court are adjourned to the 14 April court.
Civil Motions Court commencing at 10am  will proceed virtually on 15 February where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.
Possession motions and other civil motions involving lay litigants scheduled for 15 February are adjourned to 20 April 2021 court. 


Athlone 

Civil and Family Court  commencing at 10am (civil) and 11am (family law) will proceed virtually on 25 February 2021 where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.
Possession and other civil motions involving lay litigants  listed for 25 February in Athlone are adjourned to the 29th April court in Athlone  
Family motions and case progressions involving lay litigants scheduled for the February court are adjourned to the 29th April Court in Athlone.
Consent applications/ adjournments can continue to be received by email to mullingarcourtoffice@courts.ie and be ruled at court. Any such consent applications/adjournments to be received no later that 24 hours before the court date please.
