Civil and Family Law Motions
Where the parties to a Motion have agreed terms in respect of a Motion or have agreed to an adjournment, please e-mail those terms to Clonmel Court Office as soon as possible and they will be ruled upon by the County Registrar without the need for the parties to be present (please copy said email to your opposite number)
All Possession matters will be adjourned to the Civil Motions list in Nenagh on 19th October 2020 and in Clonmel on 12th October 2020 as there is an agreed moratorium in place
Where urgent contested matters arise, by appointment the County Registrar will sit and parties may have to attend. All other contested matters will be adjourned to a date to be fixed by Clonmel Court Office
Case Progressions (both civil and family law)
Where the parties have agreed to a course of action or terms or a period of adjournment, please furnish same to Clonmel Court Office (copying your opposite number) and same will be ruled upon where necessary without the need for the parties to attend. Where parties require a Case Progression hearing, please confirm by e-mail and the County Registrar will be in contact with the parties directly. All other case progressions will be adjourned to a date to be fixed by Clonmel Court Office.
Care Representative applications and Marriage Exemption applications
Applications for the appointment of Care Representatives, or applications for marriage exemptions, subject to the paperwork being in order, will be ruled without the necessity of parties being present
Where cases are settled and require to be struck out, or consents and requests for adjournments need to be ruled, these can be dealt with by e-mail requests from both parties and will be ruled by the County Registrar without the necessity of parties being present
