On Friday 13th March the following lists will take place in Washington Street .

The lists are not long and the  cases will be listed with staggered hearing times, to minimise the numbers of people in close proximity to each other. 

Circuit Court Family, Circuit Court Civil, District Court Civil and a juvenile list. A Circuit Court Civil list will take place in Fermoy. 

All Judges have agreed that matters can be adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter by consent, by emailing letters of consent to corkwashingtonstreet@courts.ie with immediate effect. 

On Monday 16th March we have a County Registrars list and a District Court family law list in Washington Street. Cases will be listed with staggered hearing times to minimise the numbers of people in close proximity to each other. 

Matters can be adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter by consent by emailing letters of consent to corkwashingtonstreet@courts.ie with immediate effect. 

The President of the High Court has cancelled the Cork Personal Injury session due to commence next Monday and the Central Criminal Court sitting at Cork next week, in order to reduce the numbers of  people in the court house.
