Updated Notice dated 14th April, 2020 from Tralee Court Office regarding Civil and Family Law adjourned Lists following on from the Order of The President of The Circuit Court issued on Monday the 06th April 2020
The following adjustments shall apply with immediate effect:-
1. County Registrar Sittings during April & May 2020
(a) Family Law Case Progression & Motion Lists in Killarney on Friday the 1st May & 27th May 2020 now stand adjourned to Killarney Courthouse at 10:30a.m. on Tuesday the 23rd June 2020.
(b) Family Law Case Progression Lists in Tralee on Tuesday the 21st April 2020 & Monday the 25th May 2020 stand adjourned to Tralee Courthouse at 10:30a.m. on Monday the 22nd June 2020.
(c) Family Motion Court Lists in Tralee on Thursday the 30th April 2020 & Thursday the 28th May 2020 now stand adjourned to Tralee Courthouse at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday the 25th June 2020.
(d) Civil Motion Court Lists on Friday the 24th April 2020 & Friday the 29th May 2020 stand adjourned to Tralee Courthouse at 10.30 a.m.on Friday the 26th of June 2020.
(e) Re-possession Court Lists in Tralee on Monday the 27th April 2020 & Thursday the 21st May 2020 now stand adjourned to Tralee Courthouse at 10:30a.m. on Thursday the 18th June 2020.
(f) Civil Call-over Lists for Killarney on Thursday the 30th April 2020 now stand adjourned to Friday the 12th June 2020@ 10:30a.m. at the Courthouse, Killarney.
(g) Civil Call-over Lists for Listowel & Tralee in Tralee Courthouse on Tuesday the 5th May 2020 now stand adjourned to Tralee courthouse on Thursday the 11th June 2020 at The Courthouse, Tralee.
(h) Family call-over List for Tralee on Thursday the 7th May 2020 at The Courthouse Tralee stands adjourned to Wednesday the 10th June 2020 at 10:30a.m. at The Courthouse Tralee.
(i) Taxations of Costs lists at Tralee Courthouse on Tuesday the 28th April 2020 & Friday the 22nd May 2020 stand adjourned to Friday the 19th June 2020 at 10:00a.m. at the Courthouse Tralee.
(j) Taxation of Costs List at Killarney Courthouse on Wednesday the 29th April 2020 stands adjourned to Wednesday the 24th June 2020 at the Courthouse Killarney.
(k) Account & Enquiry List on Wednesday the 22nd April 2020 at Tralee Courthouse stand Adjourned to Friday the 3rd July 2020 at 10:30a.m. at The Courthouse Tralee.
2. Circuit Court Judges Civil Lists during April & May 2020.
As Ordered by The President all listed cases during April and May now stand adjourned back to next list to fix dates and will appear in the next call-over List set out at (1). (f) or (g) above.
3. Circuit Court Judges Family Law Lists during April & May 2020
As Ordered by The President all listed cases during April and May now stand adjourned back to next list to fix dates and will appear in the next call-over List set out at (1). (h) above.
4. General application
(a) A Circuit Court Judge and The County Registrar will be available at all times to hear any urgent matters and/or to rule matters by consent by prior arrangement with the Tralee Court Office, pending resumption of normal service.
(b) The foregoing are subject to future amendment as further announcements are made by Government in relation to Covid 19 restrictions.
(c) A positive call-over of lists in June may be appropriate to deal with urgent and/or consent matters at the outset. Therefore, if practitioners have any such items to be dealt with they should email the Tralee Court office with details, estimated hearing time and number of witnesses, as soon as they know.
