Covid 19 - Adjourned sitting dates

1. No members of the public to be allowed into the courtroom with the exception of people whose cases are defined as urgent. Even where this applies they are only to be allowed in one by one. The Gardai should ensure compliance with this .
2. All persons entering the courtroom to clean their hands first and the registrar, the Gardai and Judge to wear protective gloves.
3. Where possible reduce the number of Gardai, prison officers and legal practitioners in the courtroom.
4. With the exception of cases defined as urgent the list to be block adjourned/ remanded to a particular date.
4. Witnesses should not enter the witness box. They can stand on front and search warrants to be dealt with in the main courtroom.
