Call Over List
The Call Over of Circuit Court Actions scheduled to take place on Monday, 17th January 2022 at 11.00a.m. in respect of the Circuit Court sittings for the week commencing 8th March 2022 has been postponed to Monday, 7th February 2022 at 11.00a.m.
Priority will be given to the listing for hearing of civil actions previously listed for hearing during the Circuit Court weeks in December 2021 which were not reached or which were adjourned due to the cancellation of Circuit Court sittings then.
2 days only, 8th March 2022 and 11th March 2022, have been reserved for civil actions." 9th March 2022 and 10th March 2022 have been allocated to family law matters.
Motions Court
The County Registrar's Motions Court scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 19th January 2022 at 11.00 a.m. has been postponed until Wednesday, 2nd February 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
Urgent Motions and applications will be facilitated on application to the Circuit Court Office.
Family Law Case Progression
The County Registrar's Case Progression hearings scheduled to take place on Monday, 24th January 2022 at 11.00a.m,. has been postponed until Monday, 21st February 2022 at 11.00a.m. at the same time slots as have been already allocated.
