The following adjustments will now apply with immediate effect: -

1. County Registrar Sittings: -
(A). Family Law Case Progression & Motions Lists in Killarney on 18th March 2020 and 20th April 2020 are both now adjourned to Friday the 1st May 2020 at 10:30a.m.

(B). Family Motion Court List in Tralee on Thursday the 26th March 2020 is now adjourned to Thursday the 30th April 2020 in Tralee at 10:30 a.m.

(C). Civil Motion Court List on Friday the 27th March 2020 is now adjourned to Friday the 24th day of April 2020 in Tralee at 10:30 a.m.

(D). Re-possession Court List in Tralee on Thursday the 19th March 2020 is now adjourned to Monday the 27th April 2020 in Tralee at 10:30 a.m.

(E). Civil Call-over List for Killarney on Monday the 30th March 2020 has been adjourned to Thursday the 30th April 2020 at 2.30 p.m.

(F). Civil Call-over List for Tralee & Listowel in Tralee Courthouse on Wednesday the 1st April 2020 is adjourned to Tuesday the 5th May 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at The Courthouse Tralee.

(G). Family Call-over List for Tralee on Wednesday the 1st April 2020 is adjourned to Thursday the 7th May 2020 at 10:30a.m. at The Courthouse Tralee.

2. Circuit Court Civil & Family Law Sittings: -

(A) Circuit Court Judge's Civil and Family Law Lists in Kerry for the week commencing Wed. 18th March 2020 are all adjourned to the next Civil and/or Family Law Callover referred at 1(E), (F) & (G) above.

(B) Circuit Court Judge's Civil and Family Law Lists in Kerry for the weeks commencing Tuesday the 24th of March and Tuesday the 31st of March will be Adjourned to the next Civil and/or Family Law Call-over referred to at 1 (E),(F) & (G) above.

(C) In the event of an urgent matter arising the Solicitor for the moving party shall file a Notice of Application together with Grounding Affidavit with the Combined Court Office who will liaise with the Circuit Court Judge and County Registrar in order to fix a date for hearing.

(D) A Judge will be available to deal with any urgent matters.
