COMMON LAW LIST MOTIONS

This is a notice in respect of Motions listed in the Common Law Lists 1 2 3 and 4 on each Monday from 16th March 2020 to date and going forward to Monday the 27th July 2020.

Practitioners,

Your attention is drawn to the following Notice in respect of consent orders regarding the above four Common Law Lists and your assistance would be very much appreciated.

The President has directed that any motions which were listed in the Common Law Lists 1 2 3 and 4 from Monday 16th March 2020 - Monday 18th May 2020 inclusive and have been previously adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter, together with any Motions listed on Monday 25th May 2020 - Monday 27th July 2020, can be dealt with by way of a consent order without the necessity to attend court.

Please therefore email the undersigned with the High Court Record Number and title of the Motion, exhibiting the consent of all parties to the litigation, the terms of the consent order and a consent order will then be perfected by the Registrar from the date the said consent is received and the said email together with a copy of the consent will be placed on the Court File.

The President has further indicated that additional information will follow regarding the balance of the motions still "live" after the above exercise has been completed.
