Dublin - Small Claims & Licensing and Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) - Counters moved to new locations

Please take notice that, with effect from Monday 7 October 2024,

• the Dublin Small Claims and Licensing Counter will be located on the Ground Floor of Áras Úi Dhálaigh, Dublin 7
  (the second window of the Dublin Stamping Office).
   
• A new counter, dedicated solely for the lodgement of documents relating to the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015, will be open on the First Floor of Áras Úi Dhálaigh
  (across from the main public counter area).

The counters for the lodging of documents relating to District and Circuit Court Civil matters remain unchanged.
 

The opening hours for all counters are as follows:

District and Circuit: 10am - 1pm; 2pm - 4.30pm
ADMC: 10am - 1pm ; 2pm - 4.30pm
Small Claims and Licensing: 10am - 1pm; 2pm - 4:30pm
Dublin Stamping Office: 9:30am - 3:30pm; no closure for lunch
