To reduce the current waiting times for hearing dates for Civil Motions before the Dublin County Registrar, caused by the Covid-19 restrictions, the following will apply
All matters with hearing dates for the 04th October 2022 & 11th October 2022 will now be heard on the 04th April 2022.
All matters with hearing dates for the 18th October 2022 & 25th October 2022 will now be heard on the 05th April 2022.
All matters with hearing dates for the 01st November 2022 will now be heard on the 07th April 2022.
All matters with hearing dates for the 08th November 2022 & 15th November 2022 will now be heard on the 26th April 2022.
Each of the above lists will be limited to 100 motions only.
Future lists will be reviewed at a later date and further notices will be posted. Please ensure you regularly check these notices and the Legal Diaries as no other notification will be issued.
The Legal Diaries for the above dates will be issued in due course. If your case does not appear in a Legal Diary that you believe it should be included on, please email dublinciviloffice@courts.ie and have the subject line as ‘Urgent – County Registrar Motions’.
