Dublin - Circuit Court Civil - Important Update - County Registrar’s Motions lists for 2022/2023

The Dublin Circuit Civil Court office is currently in the process of bringing forward the dates of County Registrar’s Motions in order to reduce waiting times.
Practitioners are advised to monitor the Legal Diary and the Courts Service Website for regular updates from the Civil office. Updates will also be sent to the Law Society and Bar Council for sharing with their members.
