Cancellation of Monaghan Callover List - 1st of December, 2020

Please note that the Callover on the 1st of December, 2020 in respect of the Monaghan Civil and Family Law list on the 12th of January, 2021 has been cancelled.

Due the scheduling of Circuit Court Trials in the Monaghan sittings on the 12th of January, 2021 there will be no Civil or Family Law cases listed in this session.

Monaghan Family Law and Civil cases will be listed in the 2 week special sitting commencing on the 9th of February, 2021,

The Callover for this session will be held virtually on the 8th of January, 2021.
