As part of a nationwide rollout, as of Tuesday 3rd October 2023, the latest offices with the Appointment Booking Service are:
- Dundalk Court Office
- Wexford Court Office
From 3rd October, an appointment can be scheduled in advance of visiting these offices for a range of services/queries by visiting our Appointments page.
This provides you with:
- Access to an online booking system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to make an appointment to visit the office at a date and time that suits you.
- Reduced waiting times.
- Provision of the correct members of staff to deal with relevant services/queries.
Please note: An appointment is not needed to make an application under the Domestic Violence legislation - this remains a walk-in service.
In Wexford Court Office specifically, they are opening the appointment service to Domestic Violence applications, but it is not necessary to make an appointment for such applications. This provides people with two options in relation to visiting the Wexford office for Domestic Violence matters. They can:
- Make an appointment online in advance of coming to the office if they wish, or
- Walk-in to the office without an appointment and be dealt with, as per the current process.
For those without access to email or online services, the office can be contacted directly to make an appointment, if you wish to do so.
