Notice from the President of the District Court regarding the criminal lists in Tallaght District Court, Blanchardstown District Court (Courts 1 & 2), Swords District Court, Balbriggan

All Scheduled Courts in District 17 will continue to sit at Tralee Courthouse, Ashe Street, Tralee, Kerry during June 2020.

The County Registrar's Motion Court, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, will take place on the 11th of June 2020 at 2.30 p.m.  Urgent matters will be dealt with by prior notice to the Office.

The County Registrars Civil List of the 18 May 2020 and Family Law List of the 11 May 2020 which were cancelled due to COVID-19 will be heard on the following dates:

Due to the continuation of public health measures as a result of Covid-19, the High Court Civil Jury call over scheduled for the 11th June 2020 has been cancelled.

The Childcare Court of Dublin Metropolitan District will convene a Remote Court on the 25th of May 2020 at 2pm for a Callover of all the cases and matters that are listed for hearing from Tuesday 2

The Courts Service has received detailed advice earlier this morning on the question of the length of sittings.

A new District Court Practice Direction has issued.

The High Court Bankruptcy List will resume on Monday 8 June 2020 and will continue every Monday thereafter up to and including 27 July 2020 with the exception of Monday 20 July 2020.

Clonmel County Registrar Motions Court listed on 25th May 2020 is adjourned to Clonmel on 22nd June 2020 at 10:30 save for Possession matters which are adjourned to a date to be determined by Clonm

The County Registrar will recommence the listing of Civil Motions on the 15th June 2020. All repossessions matters listed for this date have been adjourned to a date not earlier than October 2020.
