Castlebar and Ballina Circuit Civil and Family Law Courts commencing 10th February, 2022 until 25th February, 2022

The Court will commence with a call over at 1.30 pm instead of 10.30 am.
The juries will be empanelled from 2 pm.

A virtual Callover of the Possession list will take place remotely on the 28th February 2022. Short applications and consent matters will be dealt with on the day.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond the control of the Courts Service, the sittings of Waterford Circuit Civil Court commencing the week of the 8th February, 2022 are cancelled.

For those who have received a Jury Summons for Court sittings in Trim Courthouse on Tuesday the 18th of January 2022, please note it is not necessary for you to attend for Jury Service on that date

Due to building works in Loughrea Courthouse the Circuit Court Sitting commencing on the 1st February 2022 will now be held in Tuam Courthouse, Weir Road, Tuam, H54 ND60 .
