The Mullingar Family court on 13 January will proceed virtually for cases where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.
The Mullingar Civil Motions court will proceed virtually on 20 January for cases where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Possession motions listed on 20 January in Mullingar are adjourned to court on 10 March 2021.
The Athlone Civil and Family court will proceed virtually on 28 January for cases where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Possession motions listed for 28 January in Athlone are adjourned to court on 19 March 2021
The Mullingar virtual Family court on 3 February will proceed for cases where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.
The Mullingar Civil court on 15 February and the Athlone Civil and Family court on 25 February will be reviewed by the end of January and parties advised further.
Family and Civil Motions involving lay litigants scheduled for January courts are adjourned to the March courts.
Taxations, marriage exemptions, care rep applications and ground rents will continue via virtual courts.
