Kildare County Registrar’s Civil Motion Court And Family Law/Case Progression Court – 16/04/2020

The County Registrar will sit in Court with her Registrar on the Civil, Family Law and Case Progression days in June.

Civil -  15th June, 2020

Family Law/Case Progression-10th June and 24th June, 2020

To avoid unnecessary attendance in court the following will apply:

For Consent Orders the parties should submit to the County Registrar in advance of the Court an e-mail to naascourtoffice@courts.ie - setting out the terms agreed.  The County Registrar will make an order in the agreed terms.

An Order will issue in the usual way.

Non consent matters will be adjourned to the October dates.

This Practice Direction will be in force for the duration of lockdown and social distancing.
