Clifden District Court on the 28 January will not be sitting. 

The following County Registrar's Motions Courts and Case Progressions Courts are cancelled as per the Governments Covid 19 Level 5 Restrictions. 

Tullamore County Registrar's Court on Monday, 18th January , 2021 has been postponed. 

This court is re-scheduled to Monday, 15th February , 2021.

Due to the continuation of public health measures as a result of Covid-19, the High Court Civil Jury actions scheduled for hearing from Tuesday 2^nd February 2021 have been cancelled.

The County Registrar’s Family Law Motions & Case Progression List for the 15^th of January 2021 is adjourned to the 12^th February 2021.

Please note the following in relation the County Registrars List for Wicklow Circuit Court:

Drogheda District Court which was due to sit in Dundalk today, Tuesday the 5th of January 2021 has been cancelled. 

The Civil District Court scheduled for the 2nd of February will now be taken on Tuesday the 9th of February, 2021 at 10:30 am.

The County Registrar's case progression List originally fixed for the 22nd of January 2021 will now be taken on the 8th of February 2021 at 11:00am
