Covid-19 – High Court Bail Proceedings to be Heard Using Live Video Link
In the interests of public health and the health of all those engaged with the administration of justice, pursuant to S.23 (3) and (14) of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020, with effect from the 14th September 2020, all persons in custody shall have all High Court Bail applications heard using a live video link between the court and the place where the relevant person is located, unless the Court specifically orders otherwise under S. 23 (8) of the above Act.
