Annual licensing court dates 2026 published
Court dates for the 2026 annual licensing court are now available for every District Court area, including Dublin. Applications must be lodged at least 21 days before the relevant court date, and early preparation is strongly recommended.

As of Friday, 8 May 2026, Mallow District Courthouse & Office is now closed and has been formally handed over to facilitate the commencement of works.

Cork – Mallow Courthouse & Office – Temporary closure for refurbishment and change of venue for sittings to Fermoy and Cork City
Mallow District Courthouse & Office will temporarily close for major refurbishment, significant repairs, and modernisation for a period of approximately 12 months, effective from 5 May 2026.
