Cork – Mallow Courthouse & Office – Closed for refurbishment

As of Friday, 8 May 2026, Mallow District Courthouse & Office is now closed and has been formally handed over to facilitate the commencement of works.  

District Court: 

All District Court sittings and office administration have been relocated to Fermoy Courthouse.

Fermoy Court sittings will remain at Fermoy Courthouse.

Mallow Courthouse will be unavailable for the duration of the project.  All business will transfer back to Mallow Courthouse when the project is completed.

Circuit Court Sittings: 

All Circuit Court cases for both Mallow and Fermoy will be heard in Cork City.

Office: 

The District Court office will operate from Fermoy Courthouse.
