The Dublin Civil Office, in partnership with Community Law and Mediation are launching a pilot Mediation Service commencing on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
This service will provide on-site mediation support and information for customers who are considering applying for Civil Restraining Orders.
Types of disputes suitable for mediation, the mediation service can assist with:
- Neighbour disputes
- Family disputes - between adult siblings, parents and adult children, or extended family members, where no domestic violence is involved
- Workplace disputes - interpersonal conflicts between co-workers or with current or former employers
- Disputes between friends or acquaintances

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Location: 1st Floor, Dublin Civil Office, Áras Uí Dhálaigh, Dublin 7.
