All cases are adjourned to a date to be fixed by the Court Office.
County Registrar's Court 28th April, 2020
All matters will stand adjourned to 23rd June, 2020.
However the County Registrar will deal the following on 28th April, 2020;
(1) Where Consent Orders are being sought and where the parties provide the terms of said Order in advance together with consent to the making of said Order
(2) Where the applications are ex-parte and all paperwork is in order.
All such draft terms and consents must be emailed to castlebarcourtoffice@courts.ie by 24th April, 2020.
There will be no need for attendance for any such matters.
Case Progression Hearings 12th May, 2020
All matters will be adjourned to 9th and 10th June, 2020 with dates and times for individual cases to be notified to parties.
However the County Registrar will deal the following on 12th May, 2020;
(1) Where Consent Orders are being sought and where the parties of provide the terms of said Order in advance together with consent to the making of said Order

There will be no need for attendance for any such matters.
General Application
(a) A Circuit Court Judge and The County Registrar will be available at all times to hear any urgent matters and/or to rule matters by consent by prior arrangement with the Castlebar Court Office, pending resumption of normal service.
(b) The foregoing are subject to future amendment as further announcements are made by Government in relation to Covid 19 restrictions.
