We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the Legal Diary system. This is making it seem like lists have not been published.
Lists have been published and are available if you filter by date.
For example with High Court lists, the Recent Court Sittings list is not automatically displaying
Giving the impression that there are no lists published for today.
This can be remedied by selecting some fields in the filter.
Select 'Any Type' for list type
and for date choose today's date.
The list will now populate correctly.
This same solution also works for the other jurisdictions.
Circuit Court Family Law is on a different system and is not affected by this issue.
We are working on fixing the issue, but until then this workaround will give you access to the lists.
