Supreme Court Orders

On the basis of the amendment of Order 115 of the Rules of the Superior Courts and the provisions of the new rule 2 (a) of that Order any party seeking a plain or an attested printed copy of an order of the Supreme Court can now apply in person or by email to the Office of the Supreme Court for such a copy. The email address to be used for this purpose is supremecourt@courts.ie and the appeal number and date of the order should be quoted. The copy of the order will be provided upon payment of the appropriate fee on collection.  A request by email for an electronic copy does not attract a fee.
