Relocation of court sittings and offices
With effect from 21st May 2018, criminal court sittings and criminal court offices will relocate from The Courthouse Washington Street to The Courthouse Anglesea Street.
(Washington Street Courthouse will remain open for civil and family law business as usual).
The Courthouse, Anglesea Street:
Criminal cases will be heard in Courts No. 1 to 6 Anglesea Street Courthouse.
(The Children Court sittings (juvenile court) will remain in the Courthouse Washington St.)

- District Court Crime (including queries regarding the children (juvenile) court)
- Circuit Court Crime (including appeals)
- Fines Office
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9.15 a.m. -1.00 p.m. & 1.45 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.

Washington Street Courthouse
Family law, civil and the children (juvenile) court cases will continue to be heard in Courts No. 1 to 7.

Southern Regional Office:
The Southern Regional Office will relocate to Anglesea Street Courthouse.

Service at the crime/fines counter at Washington Street Courthouse will be limited on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th May to facilitate this move.
The crime/fines office will re-open with a full service on Monday 21st May, 2018 at the Courthouse Anglesea Street.
