Bankruptcy Register search parameters

The search function allows for searches using one or a combination of the following:

• Bankruptcy Number
• Debtor’s Surname
• Debtor’s Forename
• Status of bankruptcy
• Debtor Address Lines 1-3 and Town/City (contains string entered)
• Debtor Address – County
• Debtor Address – Postcode
• Calendar year of Adjudication

The search will look for the bankruptcy records that contain the search values entered in the various fields; for example: if you enter 'Pat' in the forename field, it will also search for  'Patrick' as 'Pat' is found within 'Patrick.

If values are entered into more than one search parameter, then bankruptcy records will only be selected if they meet all criteria.

Search results: Expanding Bankruptcy Details

The initial display of bankruptcy records from a search will display a single line of information on the bankruptcy.

To see more details associated with the bankruptcy click on the green disc to the left of the relevant bankruptcy record. This will expand the display to show information such as:

• Petitioner
• Assignee
• Representative
• Observations

To close again click on the red disc.
